If the dealer does not have a blackjack, the insurance bet is simply removed. The insurance bet only covers your original hand.
Payout
The payouts in the game are fairly standard. Blackjack pays 3 to 2 unless the dealer also has one in which case a push occurs. A push also occurs every time both the player and the dealer have hands of the same value. Payouts are the same for every split hand. Insurance pays 2 to 1 when successful. Whenever the dealer busts the player automatically wins.
